Delineation of Wetlands

PCE can provide a complete delineation of all wetlands and waters within your site boundaries, which will allow you to design a development that minimizes your exposure in the regulatory permit process. PCE will also work alongside your engineering professionals to assist you in creating a design which achieves your goals.  Delineations are conducted in accordance with the 1987 Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual and the appropriate regional supplement.

Regulatory Permit Process Advocate

Once wetlands and other regulated resources have been identified, PCE will assist you in entering and navigating the regulatory permit process at the State and Federal levels. PCE is knowledgeable with federal and state regulations, and can provide expert advice to you during this process. We will remain your advocate throughout the regulatory permit process and provide follow-up assistance as site work progresses. Our goal is to assist you in the successful acquisition of the appropriate authorizations from Federal, State and/or local governments, allowing you to mitigate impact upon regulated land areas, and for your development goals to be realized.

Project Compliance Consultant

Local review and approval of your project has the potential to result in requirements that will cause you to be out of compliance with your wetland permit.  PCE will remain engaged throughout the local review and approval process in order to insure that you remain in compliance with all terms and conditions of the authorizations.  This task may include attending the pre-construction meeting with your contractor to make them aware of potential problems they could encounter during clearing and grading.  A little spent now could save you tens of thousands later!
